Maibubasaheb Y.J., Kannada professor at BLDE Association’s Bangaramma Sajjana Women’s College has been appointed as a member of the Implementation Committee of the Kannada Development Authority for the district.
According to a government order, his appointment has been made in recognition of his literary contributions and commitment to the Kannada language. He will serve on the committee until further instructions from the government.
State president Prof.Purushottam Bilimale confirmed the appointments. Along with Maibubasaheb, Basavaraj Kumbar, Prof. Sujata Chalavadi, Devu Makond, and Prof. Srinivas Dodamani have also been selected to the committee.
