On the occasion of 75th Republic Day of India -2024 under IQAC initiative, Language forum of our college organized Competition of Vachana Kantha by Kannada Department, Sonnet and Lyrics Recitation by Department of English, Reading of Medieval Dohas by Hindi Department and Recitation of Subhasita by Department of Sanskrit, on 24th January 2024 at 10AM in Auditorium.
Mrs. Savita N. Lamani, HOD of Kannada and President of the Language Forum, Explained about the Language forum and computation in her introductory remarks. Prof. P.S. Tolanur Head of Department of English inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. Dr. K. A. Patila HOD of Hindi welcomed and introduced the dignitaries. Principal of the college, Dr. Y. Thammanna delivered the presidential address and highlighted the importance of languages. IQAC coordinator Shri. V. S.Nandeesh was on the dais . Mrs. G. S. Sanadi proposed vote of thanks. Anchoring was done by Shri. Mehbooba Saheba Jamadar.

Patil- Hindi Department 2) Mr. Prabhulinga Gujarati-English Department, 3) Shri Mehbooba Saheba Jamadar – Kannada Department, 4) Mrs. G.S.Sanadi- Department of Sanskrit were acted as juries of the competition. Along with 21 teaching staff 152 students and 37 contestants participated in the program and made the program successful.
