Three‑Day Lecture Series – “Inspiring Minds, Enriching Knowledge
Date: 16–18 September 2026*
The College organized a Three‑Day Lecture Series under the IQAC initiative from 16th to 18th September 2026 in the Seminar Hall. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. S. T. Meharwade, Retired Principal, Department of Hindi, Basaveshwar Arts & Commerce College, Basavan Bagrwadi. In his address, he emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary learning and academic enrichment.
Prof. G. R. Ambli attended as Guest of Honour, while Dr. Y. Tammanna, Principal, presided over the programme. Dr. Bhakti Mahindrakar , IQAC Coordinator, presented the objectives of the series, highlighting its role in motivating students and broadening their perspectives.
The inaugural session featured a welcome by Shri V. S. Nandesh, compering by Miss Chitra Aloor, and a vote of thanks by * Miss Chandrakala Dodamani, organized with the support of Prof. S. D. Patil.
Over the course of three days, 16 special lectures will be delivered by eminent resource persons across diverse disciplines, including Literature, Sciences, Commerce, Social Sciences, and Technology. These sessions enriched students’ knowledge, fostered critical thinking, and promoted holistic development.
The Lecture Series witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty and proved to be a memorable academic initiative, aligning with the institution’s vision: “Educate & Empower the Women; Strengthen the Nation.”
