Theme of Event: “District-Level Personality Development Camp”.
Brief descriptions/details of the event: The students participated enthusiastically in the various activities and sessions conducted as part of the camp. Their participation provided them with an opportunity to learn beyond the classroom and gain practical experiences related to communication, teamwork, leadership, and social interaction. During the camp, students were involved in various activities aimed at developing their personality and social skills. The sessions and activities encouraged students to express their views, interact with fellow participants, work collectively, and develop confidence in presenting their ideas.
The programme also created an atmosphere for students to understand the importance of self-discipline, cooperation, responsibility, equality, and social commitment. Group interactions and discussions helped students to learn from one another and understand different perspectives.
The students actively participated in the programme and showed enthusiasm throughout the two days. The camp also helped them to develop a sense of responsibility and encouraged them to become more confident in dealing with different social and academic situations. A total of 14 students from the Department of Women’s Studies participated in the two-day camp. One staff member Ms. Shweta B. Ghanti, accompanied and guided the students throughout the programme.
