BLDEA’s SBS Arts, Commerce and Science College for Women, Vijayapur, through Youth Red Cross Cell, organized the AIDS Awearness Rally on 23 March 2026 at 08:30 a.m. to mark AIDS Awareness Program– 2026 .
The programme was conducted under the guidance of Principal Dr. Y. Tammanna and IQAC Co-Ordinator Dr. Bhakti Mahindrakar. The rally was coordinated by Dr. Shakuntala Patil Youth Red Cross Cell Co-ordinator. NSS Programme Officers Prof. V. S. Nandesh and Prof. Deepa Lagali, with the support of staff members.
Around 180 students actively participated in the rally. Students carried placards and raised slogans to create awareness about AIDS prevention and healthy lifestyles among the public.
The rally was successful in spreading awareness and reflected the institution’s commitment to social responsibility and community service through YRC Activities.
