NATIONAL SCIENCE DAY – 2026
BLDEA’s Smt Bangaramma Sajjan Arts, commerce and Science College for Women, Vijayapura
Under the IQAC Initiative, the Department of Physics celebrated Science Day on 28th February 2026.
On this occasion, organized Special lecture on the topic “Raman Effect” was delivered by the chief guest
Dr Suresh Pattar, visiting professor, Department of Physics, KSAWU Vijayapura.
Principal Dr Y. Tammanna and IQAC coordinator Dr Bhakti Mahendrkar, BCA & BSc coordinator Smt S.D. Patil and the HoD of physics, Miss Banushri Kulkarni, were present on the dais.
26 staff and 105 students were present in the programme.
