BLDE Association’s Smt. Bangaramma Sajjan Arts, Commerce and Science College for Women, Vijayapura, Language Forum, on the eve of Independence Day organised a *Multilingual Speech Competition for the students of B.A., B.Com., B.Sc. and BCA programmes.
The event was initiated by Mrs. Rashmi Patil, Coordinator, Language Forum, with the objective of providing students with a platform to develop their public speaking skills, express their views on issues of national importance, and promote multilingual communication.
The programme was graced by Dr. Tammanna Y., Principal, Dr. Bhakti Mahindrakar, IQAC Coordinator, Smt. Deepa Lagali, Head, Department of Kannada, and Dr. Sunilkumar Yadav, Head, Department of Hindi, who were present on the dais.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from 40 students.
Smt. S. D. Patil, BCA & B.Sc. Coordinator, and Mr. Vishwanath Naik, Department of History, served as the judges.

The winners will be felicitated with cash prizes and certificates during the Independence Day celebration.
Faculty members V. Nandeesh, Prabhuling Gunjetti, Husna Desai, Shyamanna, S. H. Hugar, and Chandrakala Doddamani were present and encouraged the participants throughout the event.
