B.L.D.E.A’s Smt. Bangaramma Sajian Arts, Commerce, and Science Women’s College, under the joint IQAC and the Kannada Department organized the celebration of 70th “Kannada Rajyotsava“
The Chief guest Sri Subhash Yadawad highlighted the significance of Kannada as one of the ancient languages of our proud India.
Dr. Y. Tammanna, Principal of the college in his presidential remarks highlighted Karnataka’s historical evolution, including its name origin and divisions reflecting the state’s complex past under various princely states and colonial administrations along with the importance of kannada language.
IQAC Coordinator Dr. Bhakti Mahindrakar, Head, Department of Statistics, Dr. A.T. Srinivas, and Head, Department of Kannada, Smt. Deepa Lagali graced the event with their views.
