B.L.D.E. Association’s S.B.S. Arts, Commerce & Science College for Women, Vijayapura, organized a week-long Professional Development Program titled “Empower to Excel: Skill Enhancement Training for Supportive Staff” from 13th to 18th October 2025.
The program aimed to upgrade the technical, communication, and professional skills of the supportive staff, thereby enhancing efficiency and productivity in their workplace.
