Heritage Walk

Under the flagship of World Tourism Day

To celebrate World tourism day BLDE Association’s Smt.Bangaramma Sajjan Arts, Commerce and Science College for Women,Vijayapura, NSS Unit I & NSS Unit II organized Heritage Walk in collaboration with Tourism Department Vijayapura on 26/9/2025 at 8:30 am.

District Commissioner Dr. Anand K inaugurated the heritage walk and addressed the students to today’s need and importance to protect heritage sites.

Heritage sites resource person Mr. Peter Alexander explained about heritage site Anand Mahal, Guide Rajshekhar Hiremath explained about Gagan Mahal and Saat Manzil.

In this heritage walk Tourism dept DD Shri Hugar, our Principal Dr. Tamanna Y, IQAC Co Ordinator Dr. Bhakti Mahidrakar, NSS Unit I officer Shri. V S Nandesh, Unit II Officer Smt. Deepa Lagali, Various department heads were present. 150 NSS volunteers actively participated in this heritage Walk.
