Under IQAC initiative, Department of Zoology Celebrated “World Ozone Day-2025”, on 22/09/2025
Department of Zoology organised, Presentation Competition on 20/09/2025 for the students on the title “The role of the ozone layer in protecting life”
Each presentation was judged on content depth, visual impact, delivery, and relevance to the theme.
Followed by the celebration, the program was inaugurated by the principal, Dr. Y Tammanna,
The event was graced by Chief Guest and Resource Person Dr.Dharma Guru Prasad, emphasized the importance of youth-led environmental action.

Welcome speech was delivered by HOD of Zoology
Miss. Radha Reddy, Miss. Devi Biradar proposed Vote of Thanks, Dr. Y Tammanna Principal, Presided & graced the function.
Prof. Savita Patil along with 12 staff members & 60 students the program was concluded by creating awareness among the students about the Earth’s Shield ”THE OZONE”
